The Companies House Electronic Filing service enables the electronic submission of statutory
documents to Companies House via email. Documents are automatically validated
for compliance with the Companies Act before notice of acceptance or rejection
is issued.
The service is open to all document presenters, but will be of most benefit to those filing documents on a daily or weekly basis. The more documents you file with Companies House the more appropriate your use of Electronic Filing is likely to be, and the greater the potential efficiency gains from use of the service. For infrequent users our WebFiling service may be more appropriate.
